Terms & Conditions

For services that need to be booked less than 24 hours in advance, please call or text us directly at +971 544 989 568. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests and ensure you receive the quality service you deserve. Thank you for choosing Slava Makeup!

  • A deposit of 50% will be required to secure the booking on your chosen date and time.

  • A full refund will be given for cancellations made before 48 hours of your appointment. For bookings cancelled within 48 hours, your deposit is non-refundable. 

  • If you miss your appointment without giving notice, you will be required to pay your full-service balance up-front, in order to rebook another appointment.

  • Final payment will be made in cash on the day of your appointment, upon completion. 

  • Full payment is expected on the day of your booking. There is no option to pay later so please ensure you have the correct amount to pay for your appointment.

  • Services before 8AM and After 8PM are possible but will be charged at a higher rate, depending upon the details of the requirement. 

  • We do not offer refunds on any services that have been performed. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your makeup, alert us to it during your appointment so we can adjust to your liking. 

  • It is the Clients responsibility to alert us of any allergies before the start of your service. 

  • Please expect up to a 24-hour response time for all enquiries.

  • Email responses on weekends and holidays will be delayed due to prior bookings and busy, booked weekends.
